Comb plate safety device is the one standard function of escalator. Front ends of comb teeth plates are installed on springs. If any foreign substance is nipped between moving escalator steps and static comb teeth plates, such plates will move in vertical or backward directions, and trigger the safety switches monitoring at both sides of the plates, and the escalators will be automatically stopped.
WELLIFT automatic escalator sets a series of safety protection device. VVVF control system applies fully computerized control. If there is something wrong in running process, it promptly cuts off power supply.
WELLIFT indoor escalator and outdoor escalator make the passengers feel comfortable, smooth and very secure. It is applicable for Subway, Airports, hotels, office buildings, shopping center, etc with good quality and competitive price.
Outdoor escalator has the same configuration and functions as indoor escalator. Considering the use environment of outdoor escalator, WELLIFT W8 serial outdoor escalators have added the following features:
Truss applies superior profile steel with unique structure, high intensity, thorough anti-rusting and anticorrosion treatment, fine effect, long life.
Conveyor chains proceed with special heat treatment (surface is nickel-plated)
Upper and lower part of the escalator structure should be protected by anti-rust and marine paint.
The whole design takes the escalator drainage system into consideration.Drive motor adopt water-proof type. Main and secondary step chain sprockets all use Germany water-resisting materials. Bearing is sealed and water-proof. So ensure steps work normally in outdoor environment.
Adopts Germany sealed safety switches.
Wires and switches are connected by special designed fastening cover.
All wires adopt elevator cables and wiring in sealed insulating box.
Set up special ground connecting device with control cabin.
